Sarah brings over 20 years of experience as a legal advisor and organizational leader to her investigations work. She has conducted investigations related to workplace harassment, sexual harassment, compliance, and leadership and governance effectiveness.
In her legal practice, Sarah specializes in working with tax-exempt organizations and regularly advises boards and organizational leaders on a variety of issues related to compliance, governance, strategic planning, M&A, and program design. She has expertise in campaign finance and election law for nonprofits, as well as health care regulatory matters for long-term care providers. Sarah facilitates her clients’ creative problem-solving skills and helps them arrive at the solutions that best serve their organizations’ goals. Clients trust Sarah for her ability to provide straightforward counsel on a wide range of questions, offering high-level perspective rooted in a deep understanding of the complexities of the law. Sarah has served in a variety of leadership roles at GPM, including serving on the firm’s Board of Directors and as its Managing Officer. She serves on a number of nonprofit Boards and is active in her community and a frequent speaker.
